PHLPost tailors services to suit your needs:
Ordinary Mail: For basic letters and light items—economical but slower.
Registered Mail: Includes tracking and added security for important deliveries.
Express Mail Service (EMS): Fast delivery for urgent shipments, often within a few days.
Parcels: For larger packages, up to around 30 kg domestically.
International Mail: Available by air or sea, depending on destination and budget.
Choose based on speed, size, and cost.
Each status shows a stage of your package’s journey:
Posting of Item: Shipment accepted for processing.
Dispatch to Destination: Left the origin post office.
Received at Country: Arrived in the destination country.
En route to the Delivery Office: Moving to your local post office.
Item for Customs: Under customs inspection.
Received at Delivery Office: Ready for final delivery.
Item Delivered: Successfully handed to the recipient.
Recognizing these helps you track progress with confidence.
Tracking numbers are 13 characters long, mixing letters and digits—usually two letters, nine numbers, and ending with PH.
RR prefixes indicate Registered Mail.
EE prefixes mark Express or EMS shipments.

Always enter your number exactly as shown to avoid errors.
“Not Found” message: The package may not have been scanned yet—wait a few hours and try again.
No updates: It could be between processing points or awaiting a scan. Check again later.
Delays: Weather, holidays, or heavy traffic can slow deliveries.
Possible loss: If no updates appear for several days, contact support with your tracking number.
