Campost numbers follow the UPU standard:
Format: 2 letters + 9 digits + CM
Example: RR987654321CM
Always include the CM suffix to ensure accurate tracking.
Accepted: Received at the post office
In Processing: Being sorted at a facility
On the Move: Traveling between locations
Customs Hold: Checked for international shipments
Ready for Drop: Courier en route
Handed Over: Delivered to recipient
Paused: On hold for fees or address verification
Returned: Sent back to the sender

Delivery depends on location and service type:
Local (within Cameroon): 3–7 days
EMS domestic: 1–3 days in major areas
International: 7–21 days or more, depending on customs
Basic Mail: Affordable letters and small items, domestic and international
Registered Send: Extra security with proof of delivery
Parcel Service: Safe handling of larger packages
EMS Express: Fast delivery for urgent shipments

No updates: Wait 24–48 hours; sometimes scans are delayed.
Tracking number not working: Confirm it ends with CM and check for typos.

Marked delivered but not received: Check nearby or report immediately.
Damaged item: Take photos and file a claim with the office.
