Format: 2 letters + 9 digits + VG

Lodged: Accepted at the post office
Transit: On the way between facilities
Hub Arrival: Reached sorting center
Inspection: Customs or international check
Dispatch Ready: Courier assigned for delivery
Fulfilled: Delivered successfully
Suspended: Paused for verification or issues
Redirected: Returned to sender due to failed delivery

Delivery times depend on origin and service type:
Within BVI: 1–3 days
Nearby Caribbean islands: 2–5 days
USA or Europe: 7–14 days
Worldwide: 10–21 days
Express services reduce delivery times for urgent shipments. Local deliveries (e.g., Road Town to Virgin Gorda) may arrive the same or next day. Holidays or customs inspections can cause slight delays.
