Blue Dart uses a specific numeric format for its shipments.
Standard Format: Most tracking numbers (Waybills) are exactly 11 digits long.
Example: 76896260103
Reference Numbers: If you are tracking an order from an online shop, the reference number might be alphanumeric and vary in length.
Shipment Picked Up: Blue Dart has collected the parcel from the sender.
In Transit: The package is moving between facilities or cities.
Arrived at Hub: The parcel has reached a regional sorting center near your city.
Out for Delivery: A delivery executive has your package and is heading to your address.
Shipment Delivered: Success! The package has been handed over, often with a digital signature or photo proof.
Delivery Attempted: The courier tried to deliver, but the premises were closed, or the recipient was unavailable.
Domestic Priority: Typically 1 to 2 business days between major Indian metros.
Domestic Express: 2 to 3 days for most other locations.
International (via DHL): 2 to 7 days, depending on the destination and customs.
Standard Hours: Deliveries usually occur between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM local time.
"No Information Found": This is common for the first 4–6 hours after a package is picked up. Wait a few hours for the first scan to hit the database.
Status Stuck in "In Transit": This usually happens during long-distance movement (e.g., from Bengaluru to Delhi). The status will update once it arrives at the next facility.
Marked Delivered but Not Found: Check with building security, neighbors, or the front desk. If it’s still missing, call customer care immediately.
