Invalid Tracking Number: Verify the number for typos; numbers older than 4 months may be archived.
Failed Delivery Attempt: Package held at a post office for 7-10 days; arrange redelivery via phone or in person.
Lost Parcel: File a claim 1-4 months from posting at a post office with your receipt. Insured items may be reimbursed up to declared value.
BPS tracking numbers are 13 characters, following the UPU format: two letters, nine digits, ending with “BB.” Examples:
RR123456789BB: Registered mail.
EE987654321BB: EMS express.
CP112233445BB: Parcel post.
Domestic: 3-5 business days, faster in Bridgetown, slower in rural areas.
EMS International: 3-7 days to North America/UK, 5-10 days to Asia.
